Online Sales Manager

As an Online Sales Manager at our company, your role involves developing and implementing online sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and managing a team of online sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals. Additionally, you will oversee and optimize the company's e-commerce website and online sales platforms to improve performance and user experience. Your tasks will also include overseeing digital advertising campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing sales data and market trends, and collaborating with marketing teams to align strategies. Ensuring a high-quality online customer experience to drive retention and loyalty will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will work closely with IT, customer service, and marketing departments to optimize the overall online sales process. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in online sales management.
