Job Description

Online Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers
in purchasing jewelry via our website, chat, email, and calls.
Convert inbound/outbound leads
into successful sales.
Support
post-sale services
such as queries, feedback, and complaints.
Coordinate with internal teams
to ensure timely resolution and product fulfillment.
Drive two key KPIs:
Sales Growth
and
Customer Satisfaction
.
Learn jewelry-specific calculations and acquire comprehensive product knowledge.
Maintain
adherence to company processes
and quality standards.

Skills Required

Excellent communication and customer handling skills
.
Knowledge of the
jewelry category
is a plus, or a strong willingness to learn.
Proficiency in handling
chat and voice platforms
.
Sales-oriented
and motivated to meet targets.
Basic understanding of
CRM or order management systems
.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline
.
Jewellery category experience or willingness to learn is preferred.
