Online Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers

    in purchasing jewelry via our website, chat, email, and calls.
  • Convert inbound/outbound leads

    into successful sales.
  • Support

    post-sale services

    such as queries, feedback, and complaints.
  • Coordinate with internal teams

    to ensure timely resolution and product fulfillment.
  • Drive two key KPIs:

    Sales Growth

    and

    Customer Satisfaction

  • Learn jewelry-specific calculations and acquire comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Maintain

    adherence to company processes

    and quality standards.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills

  • Knowledge of the

    jewelry category

  • Proficiency in handling
