Key Responsibilities

1. Aggregator Sales Management

• Drive and grow sales through aggregator platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.).
• Track, analyze, and optimize 

  ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

  .
• Conduct regular market and demographic analysis to identify growth opportunities.

2. Platform Operations

• Maintain store hygiene with accurate listings, images, pricing, and descriptions.
• Improve Zomato/Swiggy ratings by driving customer satisfaction and positive feedback.
• Handle real-time customer grievance resolution to ensure seamless service.
• Oversee daily aggregator operations, including order flow, discrepancies, and escalations.

3. Menu & Campaign Management

• Update and customize menus as per business needs and seasonal demand.
• Plan and execute special promotions, offers, and campaigns to boost visibility and sales.

4. Performance Reporting

• Generate detailed reports on 

  sales trends, ROI, customer demographics, and platform performance

  .
• Provide actionable insights for strategic business decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in Online / Aggregator Sales within the Food & Beverages industry (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of 

  Zomato/Swiggy dashboards, ad campaigns, and analytics tools

  .
• Proven track record of improving ROAS and customer ratings.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage 

  festival/event-specific online strategies
