About the Company:

We are a growing IT company specializing in web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, WordPress, Shopify, and custom software solutions. We are looking for a proactive Online Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our energetic team and help us expand our client base globally.

Job Description:

The Online Bidder will be responsible for identifying business opportunities through online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels. You’ll handle the complete bidding process — from proposal writing to client communication and project closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects using online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.).
• Write clear, customized, and persuasive proposals according to client needs.
• Communicate effectively with international clients (via chat, email, and calls).
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team for solution delivery.
• Manage end-to-end project discussions — from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business opportunities.
• Meet monthly targets and business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience as an Online Bidder, BDE, or in IT Business Development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of IT services such as Web Development, App Development, and Digital Solutions.
• Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Ability to draft professional and engaging proposals.
• Strong negotiation, time management, and client-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
