Role Summary

As an Online Bidder at BEXO.AI, you will be responsible for identifying, drafting and submitting bids and proposals on online platforms to secure new projects. You will coordinate with internal teams, craft persuasive responses to client requirements, and help convert leads into profitable engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify suitable projects on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other relevant portals. developmentlogics.com+2Adzuna+2
• Interpret client/project requirements and craft customised proposals, including cost estimates, timelines and value propositions. Placement India+1
• Submit bids/proposals within deadlines and track outcomes (wins, losses, feedback). Superworks+1

• Maintain accurate records of bidding activity, pipeline, win-rates and reporting dashboards. Adzuna+1
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, delivery, operations) to ensure feasibility, resource alignment and post-win handover. Placement India

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, IT or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in online bidding/proposals / freelance platform business development (stronger experience preferred). Placement India+1
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working with bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.), and crafting proposals. Indeed
• Good analytical skills and confidence working with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) and tracking bid-data.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, organised and able to manage multiple bidding threads concurrently.
• Basic understanding of digital/IT services (web development, mobile apps, digital marketing) is advantageous. Placement India+1
• Reliable internet access and the ability to work flexible hours when bidding deadlines demand.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
