Job Summary: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching services on freelance platforms, and generating new business opportunities for the agency. The ideal candidate should understand digital marketing and e-commerce solutions, and be confident in communicating with clients. Key Responsibilities: Search, identify, and bid on relevant projects through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other platforms . Write customized, professional proposals for each client. Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and share service details clearly. Coordinate with internal teams to prepare project quotations or proposals. Maintain client communication and follow up to convert leads into successful projects. Keep records of bids, leads, and conversions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). Minimum 1 year of experience as a BDE, Online Bidder, or Client Acquisition Executive (preferred). Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets. Compensation and Benefits: Fixed salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience). 10% commission on every successfully closed project.
