Business Development Executive Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, bid, and secure projects through

  Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, GeM, Indiamart, TradeIndia, and other portals.

• Prepare high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Manage client acquisition and engagement via

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, cold email campaigns, and direct calls.

• Track and manage business pipelines using

  HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or equivalent CRM tools.

• Negotiate terms, pricing, and project scopes with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Web Development, App Development, Digital Marketing, Design) to align project deliverables with client requirements.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to refine bidding strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience

  in Business Development, Project Bidding, or Sales (mandatory).
• Proven experience with:

• Freelance platforms:

  Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr

• Government & B2B portals:

  GeM, Indiamart, TradeIndia

• Lead generation tools:

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io

• CRM & pipeline tools:

  HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Trello/Asana
• Strong communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet business targets.
• Prior track record of securing and managing international/domestic projects.
