About the Role

OneTrust Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure the

  OneTrust platform

  for privacy, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Implement and manage modules such as

  Privacy Management, Cookie Consent, Data Mapping, and Vendor Risk Management

  .
• Monitor system performance and ensure timely updates, audits, and compliance checks.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into OneTrust workflows.
• Support incident response, data subject requests (DSRs/DSARs), and regulatory reporting through OneTrust.
• Prepare documentation, dashboards, and reports for leadership and compliance teams.
• Stay updated on evolving privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.) and incorporate changes into the platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum

  5+ years of experience

  in privacy compliance, with at least

  3+ years of hands-on OneTrust administration

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  privacy frameworks and regulations

  (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, HIPAA, etc.).
• Experience with

  workflow automation, integration, and customization

  within OneTrust.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OneTrust Certified Professional, CIPP/E, CIPM) are a plus.
