Job Description

Role & responsibilities Built and nurtured relationships with placement offices, and faculty for the student training. Develop and nurture collaborative relationships with universities as a Campus Relationship lead in the region to ensure a consistent supply of quality talent through Campus models. Engage directly with Head of Departments, Training & Placement Officers and relevant academic clubs from colleges to ensure the participation of top technology-savvy candidates from college. Conducted training sessions for students across various technology domains Maintain audit-ready documentation for all program activities including, but not limited to, onboarding records, session logs, and data security protocols Ensure the training program adheres to data protection laws and internal organizational standards.
