Job Description

Role:

The Lead of the Letters team is responsible to lead a team of anchors to ensure the timely

generation of Offer letters of the Apprentices hired at various clients place

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client escalations on any delay in onboarding
Ensure to close the Letter generation pendency on the same month
Coordinate with Onsite, client, and BD team to get the statutory documents and bank

accounts

Respond to client/BD queries related to offer generation status as per prescribed time-

lines

Fulfill regular and ad-hoc requests arising on business needs
Collaborate with other departments based on client queries/resolution
Respond to queries of both internal and external stakeholders

Education & Experience

Graduation in any Stream
2+ Years of experience ( 1 year exp in managing a team size of min 5)
Excellent in Microsoft Excel
Team Management
Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
Ability to work on short deadlines
