Onboarding Specialist

As an Executive - HR Induction at PolicyBazaar.com, your primary role will involve managing end-to-end onboarding for new hires across various functions. Additional Skills: - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage onboarding independently and multitask. - Proficiency in Excel and report preparation. - Willingness to travel across India as per business needs. - Prior HR/onboarding experience is a plus.
