Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Onboarding Specialist, based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work from home. The Onboarding Specialist will oversee the customer and client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience. Day-to-day tasks include building strong client relationships, delivering a personalized onboarding journey, analyzing onboarding trends, providing feedback to improve processes, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to meet expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Experience in Customer Onboarding and Client Onboarding to ensure a positive and engaging onboarding experience.
• Proficient analytical skills for identifying areas of improvement and optimizing onboarding processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment with adaptability to both in-office and remote work.
• Prior experience in financial services or payment systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
