Job Description

Job Summary:

Executive / Senior Executive HR Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:

Manage end-to-end onboarding processes including documents collection, background verification coordination and system creation.
Coordinate smooth exit formalities, full and final settlements, exit interviews and clearance processes.

Compliance & Documentation:

Maintain employee records: appointment letters, contracts, amendments, confidentiality agreements, etc.
Ensure centralized digital and physical files and documents are uptodate.

MIS and Reporting:

Prepare and maintain HR reports such as headcount, attrition, onboarding/offboarding data and other relevant reports.
Generate dashboards and metrics to support HR and business decision-making.

Employee Data Management:

Maintain and update employee information in HRMS.
Manage confidential employee records with accuracy and integrity.

Coordination & Communication:

Liaise with internal teams, finance, IT and external vendors to ensure seamless HR operations.
Support HR initiatives and projects as and when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or MBA in Human Resources or related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist functions.
Excellent
documentation
skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
