Job Description

Welcome newly hired employees and execute the joining formalities
Own the end-to-end induction process, ensuring a smooth start into their roles as well as in the organization.
Design and deliver the best onboarding and induction practices that suit the culture
Be the first point of contact for new employees. Provide new hires with all the necessary information during and after induction.
Be a change agent and identify areas of improvement in the entire Onboarding and candidate experience process
Collaborate with various stakeholders like Talent Acquisition team/ HRBPs/ IT & Admin and provide workable solutions.
Ensure compliance with all processes and maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
Take care of end to end exit process and documentation

Specifications and capabilities required

Good communications skills
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in dynamic, fast-changing
Good knowledge of MS Excel and PPT
Should be willing to work for 5 days a week from Gurgaon office of Espire Infolabs
