Onboarding Specialist

You are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end onboarding activities for new joiners as an Onboarding Specialist in our Human Resources team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or those with up to 1 year of experience who are keen on kickstarting their career in HR. Your primary focus will be to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for new hires, starting from the moment they accept an offer until they are fully assimilated into the organization. Your responsibilities will include scheduling Day 1 induction, assisting in the preparation of onboarding documents, joining kits, and welcome emails, verifying and maintaining accurate employee records, liaising with internal teams for readiness, supporting background verification processes, and collecting feedback from new employees to recommend process enhancements. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail, organizational abilities, a willingness to learn and develop in the HR field, proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook), and a positive team-oriented attitude are essential.
