Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an On Site Supervisor, located in Mumbai. The On Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and addressing any on-site issues. Additional responsibilities include monitoring safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections, and reporting progress to senior management. Effective communication with all stakeholders is essential to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management, site supervision, and project management
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Proficiency in construction-related software and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Previous experience in urban development and commercial projects is a plus
• Hands-on experience with eco-friendly and sustainable building practices
