Role Overview: As an On Site Supervisor at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the job site in Coimbatore. Your main tasks will include ensuring safety compliance, coordinating with subcontractors and workers, monitoring progress and quality of work, and reporting to project managers. Additionally, you will handle site documentation, resolve on-site issues, and ensure timely and within budget project completion.
