Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram. The On Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and managing a team of professionals. The supervisor will ensure compliance with company policies, maintain accurate records, and handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management and supervising daily operations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency in handling financial transactions and maintaining records
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Knowledge of the gold, silver, and diamond jewelry market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
