Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an On Site Supervisor located in Mumbai. The On Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring project timelines are met, managing construction and design teams, and coordinating with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, the On Site Supervisor will be tasked with maintaining quality control, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and troubleshooting any issues that arise on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, overseeing construction and design projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in design and architecture consultancy is a plus
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
