Job Description

As a Marketing Technologies Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and future-proof MarTech solutions that align technology with business goals and deliver personalized, data-driven experiences to customers across digital channels. Your responsibilities will include: - Evaluating, architecting, integrating, and optimizing various marketing technology platforms such as CMS, CRM, CDP, analytics, automation tools, and customer engagement systems. - Defining and maintaining the MarTech architecture strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives. - Architecting end-to-end solutions across web, mobile, email, social, and paid media platforms. - Ensuring effective integration of data, systems, and tools to enable personalization, automation, and measurement. - Evaluating, recommending, and onboarding marketing technologies like Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Segment, Tealium, etc. - Defining architecture for tag management, tracking, data flow, and customer identity resolution. - Collaborating closely with marketing, IT, data, analytics, and compliance teams to align on requirements and governance. - Defining and enforcing best practices around platform use, campaign setup, tagging, and data privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA compliance). - Leading technical implementation of MarTech platforms and integrations. - Supporting performance tracking, and analytics strategies. - Leading and mentoring a team of MarTech specialists and support staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. - Ensuring all MarTech solutions comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). - Implementing robust security measures to safeguard sensitive marketing and customer data. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing technologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to drive successful implementation and optimization of MarTech solutions.,
