Role & responsibilities

Position Squad Lead

Preferred :

Familiarity with IAM tools and technologies (e.g.. Okta, Azure AD, Ping identity) and authentication methods, Experience leading and mentoring a team of security professionals.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g.. ADO)Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Scripting experience in PowerShell  Python

Working level knowledge of Unix RHEL and Windows operating environments

Encryption product certifications

Key responsibilities will be to

Familiar with IAM tools and technologies eg Okta Azur AD Ping identity and authentication methods

Experience in leading and mentoring security professionals

Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools eg ADO

Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders

Install configure Cipher Trust CTE Agents and Cipher Trust Manager CTM

Configuration of policies in CTM

Security appliances performance and Key Management

Cipher Trust Live Data Transform

Encryption Tokenization best practices

Cloud Key Management AWS KMS Azure Key Vault Oracle Key vault

Coordinate with the Development Database and System Network team in gathering appropriate information on securing data

Work with stakeholders to provide data security solutions that support their business requirements

Follow the internal change management process before applying the changes and take permissions from respective asset owners

Project status reporting

Review all artifacts conduct walkthrough  getting signoffs from stakeholders

Identify any issues or risks in meeting the release and escalate to Manager

Required

Demonstrated working knowledge of Encryption and Key Management solutions like Cipher Trust Manager

Have working minimum working experience of 4 years on Encryption and Key Management solution

Provide guidance in configuring implementing and upgrading policies on Encryption solutions

Candidate must have implemented the Encryption technologies  solutions for a client

Have hands on windows Unix Linux exposure

Ensuring availability of the Encryption tools

Preparing technical standard operating procedures for Encryption tools

Responsible for day today operations ensuring that the implementation is incompliance with the agreed objective

Identify areas of continuous improvement and present recommendation to the client

Ensuring SLAs related to incident change and service request are adhered

Communicate professionally and effectively at all organizational levels as well as externally with the customer

Demonstrated problem solving critical thinking and logical structuring 

Excellent verbal and written communication.
