We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers/entry-level candidates to join our team as Office Staff. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our office and supporting various administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
  • Maintain and organize office files and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Support the team with data entry and record-keeping
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and order when necessary

  • Basic knowledge of office management procedures
