Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team as a Senior Associate in the Order to Cash domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration or economics, with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead teleconferences in an international setting.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain customer accounts and manage workflow system tasks efficiently.
Handle customer queries, resolve disputes, and monitor account activities promptly.
Manage inbound and outbound communications with external customers via calls, emails, etc.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, and deliver effective solutions professionally.
Record, verify, and execute transactions according to process documentation accurately.
Monitor and address process exceptions to ensure smooth operations.
Perform control checks as per process design and contribute to process improvement initiatives and value-added projects.
Cross-train within the team for backup coverage and identify/coordinate resolutions for process gaps.
Prepare and deliver regular reports (e.g., KPIs, aging reports) and adapt to organizational changes related to processes and projects.
Conduct process training sessions as needed.
