Job Summary:

Offshore Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative and back-office tasks such as data entry, documentation, record-keeping, and email management.
  • Support international teams in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining calendars.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, or internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as per requirements.
  • Handle travel bookings, meeting logistics, and expense reports (if applicable).
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity across all operations.
  • Manage communication across time zones in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in an offshore or remote setting.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in different time zones and flexible with shifts.


Location- Phase 8B, Mohali

Work from office

Shift- 6 AM to 3:30 PM
