Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Officer in Supply Chain Sales, based in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility
Achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.
Identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to organizational norms.
Ensure high customer satisfaction levels by proactively understanding needs and cross-selling multiple products.
Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand.
Build strong client relationships both internally and externally, and establish a strong brand identification with potential customers.
Ensure vendor empanelment and develop relationships with new vendors.
Develop strong distribution channels and ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations.

Job
Graduate in any discipline.
Possess strong knowledge of banking operations, financial services, and broking.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
