Officer - Sales Support & Operation

Position Overview : This job role is integral to both supporting the sales team in their efforts and managing purchasing activities. This role involves enhancing sales processes, managing supplier relations and ensuring that the procurement of goods aligns with organizational goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and implementation of sales support strategies to facilitate efficient sales operations.

2. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines.

3. Manage relationships with key suppliers to negotiate better prices and terms.

4. Conduct market research to identify new vendors and suppliers as potential sources for goods and services.

5. Support the sales team by creating detailed sales documentation and updating sales records.

6. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

7. Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

8. Maintain detailed records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

9. Prepare and analyze reports on purchasing and sales support activities for upper management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field.

2. 0-2 years of experience in sales support, purchase or any similar role.

3. Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.

4. Proficient in MS Office like MS Excel and familiar in purchasing softwares.

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
