Job Description

Greetings of the Days!!!

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition and Payroll

  • Understand manpower requirements from different departments.
  • Prepare job descriptions and post openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
  • Source candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), consultants, references, and campus drives.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and manage the selection process (interviews, tests, reference checks).
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees and completion of joining formalities.

Payroll & HR Operations:

  • Collect, verify, and process attendance, leaves, overtime, and shift records.
  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs and process salary disbursement accurately.
  • Handle statutory compliances PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.
  • Generate salary slips, TDS statements, and other payroll-related reports.
  • Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and tax matters.
  • Maintain HR records, employee master data, and payroll files.

Employee Engagement & Compliance:

  • Support HR policies, procedures, and company rules.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliation and statutory payments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Recruitment & Payroll (Manufacturing/Pharma/FMCG preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software (SAP, Keka, Saral, Spine Software, & Orange)
  • Good understanding of statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HR portals, and payroll tools.
