Job Description

Liaise with QA/QC for vendor approvals and sample evaluations.
Coordinate with finance for timely vendor payments and invoice processing.
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to obtain the best value.
Monitor market trends and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness and supply security.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard approved vendors compliant with cGMP requirements.
Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable supply and competitive pricing.
Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations (delivery timelines, quality, service levels).
Execute end-to-end procurement of raw materials, excipients, and packaging materials as per production plans.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delays.
Coordinate with production, QC, QA, and warehouse departments for material requirement planning (MRP).
Role & responsibilities

Ensure all procurement activities are compliant with GMP, company SOPs, and regulatory norms.
Maintain purchase orders, vendor approvals, and related documentation for audits.
Support internal and external audits (e.g., USFDA, MHRA, WHO). And Phrma-Cloud &360.
