Job Description

As a Human Resources Operations Manager at Jacobs, you will play a crucial role in managing HR operations from employee onboarding to exit. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing HR Operations post-joining to exit of employees, including preparing letters, updating details in Oracle, and assisting with End of Service Benefits. - Handling escalations and inquiries in a timely manner to ensure employee satisfaction. - Ensuring data quality and accuracy by conducting data audits and collaborating with HR partners to correct any discrepancies. - Partnering with shared services vendors to execute mass uploads and system configurations effectively. - Managing system changes such as Transfer/Promotion and organizational changes, including PU Change, Manager Change, Org. Code change, Job Title/Designation Change, and Location Change. - Troubleshooting HR system-related issues and providing timely resolutions. - Managing and coordinating queries on the Case Management tool and creating HR tickets for efficient issue resolution. - Identifying process issues through day-to-day transactions and audits, engaging stakeholders for resolution. - Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring data security in compliance with legislative guidelines, company policies, and procedures. - Prioritizing assigned work for timely completion in collaboration with the team. - Utilizing communication and client relationship skills to build trusting relationships and negotiate with HR partners. - Building networks and relationships across teams, geographies, and cultures, as well as working independently. - Demonstrating a good understanding of Oracle, Business Objects, HR Onboarding applications, HR Reporting, and data analysis. In addition, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Administration, or a relevant field. - 1-9 years of working experience in HR shared services. - Experience in a global company's HR Shared Services environment. - Comfortable working in a morning shift starting from 6 am IST. - Candidates with experience working in the Middle East region will have an added advantage.
