Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Officer Collection to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in the field. Roles and Responsibility
Correspond with multiple sources to negotiate payment schedules that suit the customer''s current financial situation while satisfying the debt.
Track portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area and control delinquency, focusing on non-starters.
Provide efficient customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, and review account adjustments.
Monitor and maintain customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB/IRB regulations and company policies and procedures.
Enlist sales and senior management efforts when necessary to accelerate the collection process.

Job
GraduateYes.
Masters/Postgraduate is optional.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.
Possess strong knowledge of banking and financial services.
Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving issues efficiently is preferred.
