We are looking for experienced Telecallers with a strong background in the Banking or Financial Services industry, preferably in loan recovery and payment follow-ups. The role involves engaging with customers, explaining repayment procedures, and ensuring timely recovery of dues. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and loan recovery. Explain repayment details and resolve customer queries in a professional manner. Follow up on bounced payments and overdue cases via calls, WhatsApp, and email. Maintain accurate customer records and update details in internal systems (LMS / MIS). Coordinate with the Recovery and Legal teams for escalations. Meet daily and monthly communication and recovery targets.
