Job Description

Job Summary

The Office Secretary will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing clerical support, coordinating communication, and assisting management in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Clerical Support

  • Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies, files, confidential data, and records.
  • Draft and prepare letters, emails, memos, and documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages.
  • Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

Documentation & Record Management

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain databases.

Office Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (clients, vendors, partners).
  • Manage office maintenance, housekeeping, and basic facility-related tasks.
  • Support HR in onboarding, attendance tracking, and documentation.

Communication & Customer Handling

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally.
  • Respond to inquiries and route information to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow within the office.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Secretary/Receptionist/Office Administrator.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude with a professional and polite demeanor.

  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Flexibility to support various departments as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
