Job Description

Job Description: We are hiring a Business Analyst to work closely with the Chief of Staff on strategic initiatives, financial planning, and inter-departmental alignment. Candidates with a finance background will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: Support planning, tracking, and execution of strategic projects. Manage follow-ups across stakeholders and ensure timely closures. Prepare financial and operational dashboards and reports. Assist in aligning cross-functional teams with leadership goals. Requirements: Background in Finance or Business (preferred). Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools. Professional demeanor and stakeholder management ability.
