Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries (including tax-related queries) and draft professional correspondence.
• Prepare contracts and engagement letters for high-profile and new clients.
• Call leads and represent SAL Accounting with professionalism.
• Allocate tasks and assist with project management activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Support ongoing client success with proactive follow-ups.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience (Virtual Assistant, Client Support, Customer Success, or Executive Assistant roles).
• Exceptional attention to detail with a habit of double- or triple-checking work.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Highly disciplined with follow-ups, ensuring no task or inquiry is left unresolved.
• Proactive, solutions-driven, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Tech-savvy: proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom, CRMs, and project management tools (Asana/Trello/Click Up).
• Reliable, self-motivated, and efficient in remote work settings.
• Understanding of urgency in client support.
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of accounting/tax/finance.

Preferred Background

• Prior experience supporting Canadian/North American clients.
• Skilled in calendar management, professional correspondence, and client-facing communication.
• Familiarity with Slack, Google Meet, and CRM platforms.
• Bonus: Exposure to accounting, tax, or professional service environments.
