The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our digital community, enhancing brand visibility, and driving business goals through social media marketing. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals. Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Identify target audiences and determine the best platforms, content types, and campaigns to reach them. Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and competitor activities. Plan, create, and publish high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, blogs, etc.). Manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting. Build and nurture online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and initiating conversations. Handle customer queries or feedback received via social media. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics. Basic knowledge of paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing is a plus.
