Key Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries (including tax-related queries) and draft professional correspondence. Prepare contracts and engagement letters for high-profile and new clients. Call leads and represent SAL Accounting with professionalism. Allocate tasks and assist with project management activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding. Support ongoing client success with proactive follow-ups. Requirements 5–10 years of relevant experience (Virtual Assistant, Client Support, Customer Success, or Executive Assistant roles). Exceptional attention to detail with a habit of double- or triple-checking work. Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Highly disciplined with follow-ups, ensuring no task or inquiry is left unresolved. Proactive, solutions-driven, and able to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision. Tech-savvy: proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom, CRMs, and project management tools (Asana/Trello/Click Up). Reliable, self-motivated, and efficient in remote work settings.
