Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Lady Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations, ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes, and act as the primary liaison with the Head Office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Administration
  • Supervise and coordinate all office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Oversee housekeeping, security, and maintenance services.
  • Staff Management
  • Supervise support staff and ensure their tasks are completed effectively.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Foster a positive and professional workplace culture.
  • Communication & Liaison
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the branch office and Head Office.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports, updates, and documentation to Head Office.
  • Coordinate with senior management for approvals, directives, and policy implementation.
  • Financial & Compliance Oversight
  • Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and petty cash management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Support audits and inspections as required.
  • Event & Meeting Coordination
  • Organize internal meetings, workshops, and official events.
  • Handle travel arrangements and scheduling for senior staff.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in office management or administrative leadership.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
