We are Hiring Office Executive for a Well Known Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Company Based at Iscon Cross Road, Ahmedabad. Job Type: Full Time Designation: Office Executive Experience: 2+ Years Only Female Candidates Required. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior executives and team members. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents. Handle scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Office Management: Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Maintain and organize office filing systems, both electronic and paper-based. Ensure office equipment is in good working condition and arrange for repairs or servicing as necessary. Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications. Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner. Facilitate effective communication between departments and staff members. Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity. Project Assistance: Support project teams with administrative tasks and documentation. Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.
