Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Office Executive for our cattle feed business in Jalandhar, Punjab.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Handle communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Organize and maintain office records, files, and documents.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative materials.

Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.

Provide support to senior management in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding promptly and professionally.

Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and training sessions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in office administration or related roles.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
