Job Description: Chapter Executive – FSAIRole Overview The Chapter Executive will be the operational anchor for the Fire & Security Association of India’s chapter ecosystem, driving seamless execution, stakeholder alignment, and member-centric value delivery. This role demands strong coordination capability, strategic agility, and an execution-driven mindset to enhance the chapter’s impact and industry visibility. Key Responsibilities1. Chapter Operations & Governance Lead day-to-day chapter operations with strong process discipline and governance compliance. Support the Chapter Chair and committee leads in executing annual goals, action plans, and chapter initiatives. Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and adherence to national guidelines. 2. Membership Management Drive membership acquisition, renewals, and engagement initiatives to strengthen the chapter footprint. Maintain member databases, track renewals, and enable structured member outreach. Deliver a superior member experience through high-touch communication and service responsiveness. 3. Program & Event Execution Plan, organize, and deliver chapter events including seminars, workshops, training programs, networking sessions, and flagship initiatives. Manage logistics, vendor coordination, speaker engagement, and quality assurance for all events. Execute post-event analytics, reporting, and feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement. 4. Stakeholder Management Build strong working interfaces with industry partners, corporate members, academic institutions, and government bodies. Coordinate with the National Office on key initiatives, compliance, and strategic alignment. Maintain strong relationships with chapter committees, volunteers, and domain experts. 5. Financial & Administrative Management Manage budgeting, invoicing, financial tracking, and compliance as per FSAI standards. Drive sponsorships, partnerships, and revenue-support initiatives for chapter events. Oversee documentation, vendor onboarding, contract management, and administrative workflows. 6. Branding & Communication Manage internal and external communication including newsletters, social media posts, event promotions, and email campaigns. Strengthen the chapter’s brand presence through consistent, high-quality communication assets. Support knowledge content development, presentations, and outreach collateral. 7. Skill Development & Learning Initiatives Coordinate training programs, certification courses, and capacity-building initiatives for members. Liaise with Subject Matter Experts to deliver relevant and progressive technical content. 8. CSR & Community Outreach Execute school/college safety programs, public safety campaigns, and community-awareness initiatives. Engage local partners and volunteers to amplify social impact. Candidate ProfileQualifications Graduate/Postgraduate in Management, Engineering, or related fields preferred. Experience in association management, event operations, or stakeholder engagement is an advantage. Key Competencies Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. High execution ownership with ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfort with budgeting, operations, and structured reporting.
