we are looking for a responsible and organized Office Executive to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, and office coordination. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle office operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily office administrative and clerical work. Maintain files, records, and documentation in a systematic manner. Prepare letters, reports, invoices, and other office documents. Coordinate with staff, clients, and vendors as required. Manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence. Assist in billing, data entry, record keeping, and office management tasks. Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning. Support HR activities such as scheduling interviews and maintaining employee records. Handle follow-ups with clients and internal departments. Any other task assigned by management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant experience. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Attention to detail and good organizational skills. Experience:1–3 years of experience in office administration / back office work preferred.
