The Office Coordinator will support the Sales and CRM team by managing communication, documentation, follow-ups, and coordination activities. The role ensures smooth internal operations, timely customer support, and proper usage of CRM and sales tools.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Coordination

  • Assist the sales team with daily follow-ups with distributors, retailers, and field sales representatives.
  • Track order status, stock availability, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and trackers in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch team for order processing and logistics.
  • Help prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and monthly sales summaries.

CRM & Customer Support

  • Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback through CRM / WhatsApp / calls / emails.
  • Ensure entries and updates in the CRM system are accurate and timely.
  • Follow up on pending issues and ensure proper closure and resolution.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and business partners.

Office Coordination

  • Handle basic documentation, filing, data entry, and MIS work.
  • Coordinate internal communication between sales, accounts, dispatch and management teams.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and share meeting notes/actions.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills (Hindi & English).
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace / MS Office (Excel, Sheets, Docs).
  • Experience working with CRM / Sales apps (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Leadsquared, etc.) preferred.
  • Organized, disciplined, and good follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Qualification:

  • Graduate (Any stream)
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / CRM / Office Administration preferred.

Salary: As per company standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,779.30 - ₹18,000.00 per month
