Job Description

As an Office Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office tasks and warehouse coordination. You should have a background in the pharmaceutical industry and preferably possess basic knowledge of veterinary products. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating day-to-day administrative and operational tasks within the office. - Maintaining proper records of inventory, dispatches, and warehouse stock. - Assisting in managing vendor communication, product stock updates, and documentation. - Handling basic data entry, billing, and correspondence related to veterinary/pharma items. - Ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and providing support to cross-functional teams. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Female candidates only - Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or veterinary industry is preferred. - Basic understanding of veterinary products or supply chain. - Good organizational and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email). Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. English language proficiency is preferred. The work location is in person.
