Job Description

Key Responsibilities of an Accounts Officer: 1. Maintaining Financial Records: Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including invoices, bills, payments, and other financial data. 2. Processing Invoices and Payments: Ensuring invoices are processed accurately and payments are made on time. 3. Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable: Tracking and managing Accounts Payable and Accounts receivables. 4. Reconciling Bank Statements: Verifying that bank statements match the company's accounting records. 5. Preparing Financial Reports: Generating MIS on financial performance, such as income statements and balance sheets. 6. Assisting with Audits and Tax Preparation: Providing support during audits and tax preparation processes. 7. Ensuring Compliance: Adhering to all applicable accounting standards and regulations. 8. Communicating with Clients and Stakeholders: Responding to client inquiries and communicating with other stakeholders about financial matters. Skills and Qualifications: 1. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 3. Bachelor's degree in accounting or MBA preferred. Required Skills: Tally, GST Return Filing, TDS Returns, MS-Office Qualification 1. Bachelors in B.com/ MBA in Finance 2. At least 3+ year of experience as accounts officer.
