Job Description:
Ø To manage books of accounts on Tally ERP 9Maintaining and Handling Petty Cash
Ø Booking of Receipt and Payment Entries
Ø Bank Reconciliation
Ø Responsible for creating, implementing, monitoring the accounts receivables &
accounts payables.
Ø Preparation of Invoice and Booking
Ø Maintaining Purchase and Sales Registers with maintenance of stock record
Ø Journal Ledger / voucher
Ø Salary Calculation & Computation of Income Tax on Salary
Ø Managing compliance of Taxation i.e. TDS, GST, Income Tax, Professional Tax
Company, Employees and Director
Ø Preparation of Projection for Advance Tax Payment
Ø Co-ordination with Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary & Bankers
Ø Responsible to communicate with E-com operators for accounting part and
tracking B2C sale and Stock.
Ø Having the knowledge of payment process for Import and Export of goods and
services.
Basic Skills:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance field.
Ø 3-5 years relevant experience working in accounting
Ø Good verbal and written communications skills in English Language
Ø Proficient skills in Micrososft Excel and Tally ERP.
Ø Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general
