Job Description:
To manage books of accounts on Tally ERP 9Maintaining and Handling Petty Cash
Booking of Receipt and Payment Entries
Bank Reconciliation
Responsible for creating, implementing, monitoring the accounts receivables &
accounts payables.
Preparation of Invoice and Booking
Maintaining Purchase and Sales Registers with maintenance of stock record
Journal Ledger / voucher
Salary Calculation & Computation of Income Tax on Salary
Managing compliance of Taxation i.e. TDS, GST, Income Tax, Professional Tax
Company, Employees and Director
Preparation of Projection for Advance Tax Payment
Co-ordination with Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary & Bankers
Responsible to communicate with E-com operators for accounting part and
tracking B2C sale and Stock.
Having the knowledge of payment process for Import and Export of goods and
services.
Basic Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance field.
3-5 years relevant experience working in accounting
Good verbal and written communications skills in English Language
Proficient skills in Micrososft Excel and Tally ERP.
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general
