Job Description:
Maruti Meditech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Office Coordinator to handle day-to-day administrative operations and assist in tendering processes. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling both GeM Portal and other online/offline tendering procedures, with strong coordination and communication skills.
Communicate and coordinate with vendors, departments, and government bodies for tender-related queries and documentation.
Maintain and organize all tender documentation (physical and digital) for record-keeping.
Follow up on submitted tenders and update the management with the status.
Provide assistance in preparing reports, data entry, and documentation related to office and tendering processes.
Support management in miscellaneous tasks as and when required.
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration or a related field).
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, especially in tendering and coordination
