Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support day-to-day execution across supply chain coordination, documentation, and vendor management. Billing & Invoicing Support · Prepare and submit billing files for enterprise clients · Follow up on pending invoice uploads, re-submissions, and issue resolution · Coordinate with finance teams on receivables tracking and reporting 2. Logistics & Import Coordination · Track import shipments and manage documentation for customs clearance · Liaise with freight forwarders and warehouse partners · Ensure timely updates on shipment status and resolve bottlenecks 3. Travel & Admin Support · Manage travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, and itinerary planning for internal staff and overseas visitors · Assist with visa letters, cab arrangements, and office hospitality coordination 4.
