  1. Location

    : A-805, 8th Floor, Tower-A, Bhutani Cyber Park, Sector-62, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh201301
  2. Salary Range

    : 30,000- 35,000 CTC per month
  3. Experience

    ; 1-3 years in similar field
  4. Notice Period

    : Immediate Joiner to 15 days max.




1. Front Office & Guest Management


  • Welcome guests, investors, franchisees, and clients warmly with professional etiquette.
  • Offer refreshments, ensure they are seated comfortably.
  • Notify relevant team members on arrival.
  • Maintain a guest logbook (digital or physical) with visitor details, purpose, and in/out time.
  • Ensure reception area is always clean, premium, and brand-aligned.


2. Calendar & Appointment Management


  • Manage the calendar scheduling investor meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate between departments to avoid overlapping appointments.
  • Block travel time, office hours, and prep sessions before investor visits.
  • Send daily morning briefs
  • Share meeting reminders 15 minutes prior.



3. Meeting Coordination & MOM (Minutes of Meeting)


  • Attend internal and investor meetings to record MOMs (key points, decisions, action items).
  • Format and circulate MOMs within 30 mins after meeting conclusion.
  • Maintain a digital folder of all MOMs organized by date and topic (Daewoo / Chaturvatika / Franchise / etc.).
  • Follow up on pending action points weekly.


4. Employee Attendance & Office Discipline


  • Maintain in-out register for all employees.
  • Track punctuality and working hours
  • Send weekly attendance & late-coming reports



5. Travel, Cab & Logistics Coordination


  • Manage cab bookings for you, BDM, and visiting investors.
  • Coordinate with drivers and vendors for timely arrivals.
  • Handle hotel or transport arrangements for outstation guests.
  • Maintain expense tracker for all logistics-related spending.



6. Internal Coordination


  • Liaison between departments (BD, Creative, Admin, HR) for smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Handle courier, parcel management, and office inventory (stationery, refreshments, etc.).
  • Coordinate with building management for maintenance, electricity, and housekeeping.


7. Communication & Presentation


  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-ins professionally.
  • Respond to investor queries courteously and redirect to concerned teams.
  • Ensure all communication verbal or written matches EBG’s premium tone.
  • Keep printed company brochures, visiting cards, and stationery stocked and organized
