Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to oversee day-to-day project operations, ensure smooth office administration, and assist in project execution and documentation. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of coordinating effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily project activities and track progress reports.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Support project execution and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Maintain records related to attendance, materials, and site progress.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in office coordination, project support, or admin roles.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and handle day-to-day challenges independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
